3. Why we use it
We use this information to deliver purchased access, authenticate members, save requested progress, provide customer support, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and process refunds. We do not sell personal information or use private program activity for advertising.
4. Payment provider
Payments are handled by the provider identified at checkout, which may act as merchant of record and process billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction data under its own privacy terms. We receive only the information needed to confirm and support your purchase.
5. Email and authentication
Sign-in links and essential service messages are sent to the email associated with your account. These transactional messages are required to provide access and are not marketing newsletters.
6. Storage and retention
Information is retained only for as long as needed for account access, support, security, legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Optional support screenshots are used only to investigate the reported problem. Browser preferences may be stored locally on your device.
7. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that host the website, send transactional email, process payments, or provide infrastructure. They receive only what is reasonably needed for their function. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and service security.
8. Security
We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, private file delivery, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required.
10. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used.
11. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
