1. Seller and agreement
The Easy Way Out is a digital publishing and self-guided educational program operated by Yevhen Serikov. These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Yevhen Serikov when you purchase, access, or use our digital products, website, Members Area, or support services.
2. The product
We provide digital educational products for adults, including an ebook, audio recordings, printable and digital visual materials, a workbook, and private web-based tools. No physical item is shipped. The exact items included depend on the bundle displayed at checkout.
The program is educational self-help content. It is not medical advice, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, pastoral counselling, crisis support, or a guarantee of a particular personal outcome.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The product is intended for individual adult use.
4. Pricing and payment
Current prices and included deliverables are shown on the product page before purchase. Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.
Payments are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout, acting as merchant of record where applicable. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
5. Delivery and account access
Digital access is normally provided by email after confirmed payment. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and keeping access to that inbox secure. If delivery does not arrive, contact support@theeasywayoutebook.com.
6. Personal-use licence
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal use. You may download and print included files for yourself. You may not resell, publish, share publicly, distribute, sublicense, copy for other people, scrape, or use the materials to train another product or service.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the website, upload malicious content, misuse support, share account access, or use our tools unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate fraud, or respond to a serious breach of these terms.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The written content, audio, artwork, interface, branding, and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to Yevhen Serikov and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Members Area available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may make reasonable updates for security, compatibility, accuracy, or product improvement without materially removing what was purchased.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
